  3. Once your offer has been accepted, you can make your deposits, schedule the inspections, and start packing!

Once your offer is accepted, it's time to finalize the mortgage. Here's how we'll make it simple:

  1. Work with your realtor to receive the purchase contract. We'll contact all parties involved and provide them with frequent updates on your loan status.

  3. Proactively respond to requests as your loan file is underwritten.
  4. Order an appraisal of your new property.
  5. Coordinate funding with your title company and get ready for closing!

Closing on your new home.

The time has come, and you're ready to claim your new home and make it your own. We'll get you there quickly by:

  1. Making sure your loan funds and escrow close ON TIME! We don't like delays.
  2. Getting your final documents together and organize your time to sign on the dotted line!
